The national charity Movember is devoted to making a lasting impact on men's health. Its origins trace back to 2003, sparked by 30 men who began growing their moustaches for the month of November. This initial action laid the foundation for raising awareness and collecting essential funds for men’s health issues.
Over the past 22 years, the charity has grown significantly and is now the leading men’s health charity in the UK, focused on tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
Poor mental health remains a serious concern within the construction industry, especially among men. Many face challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression brought on by tight deadlines, demanding workloads, and communication issues. That’s why we’re supporting Movember, helping to raise awareness and funds for men’s health throughout November.
